A town of LeRay teenager who was reported to be a runaway returned home Thursday night, and then fought with a state trooper who attempted to interview him, according to state police.

Claude E. Baxter, 17, of 27139 Victoria Lane, is ordered to appear in LeRay Town Court to answer charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
