Ogdensburg police ticketed Daniel Houle, 52, of 941 Rue Du Haut-Bois, Sherbrooke, Quebec, at 6:48 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Routes 37 and 812 for failing to yield the right of way for an emergency vehicle.

Police arrested Christopher E. Durham, 31, of 418 Morris St., at 12:19 a.m. Thursday at the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on a bench warrant for failing to appear at his court date. He was arraigned and released under his own recognizance.

Harry B. Richardson, 90, of 625 Albany Ave., was ticketed at 10:33 a.m. Thursday on the Downtown Arterial for switching lanes dangerously following a two-car motor vehicle accident, city police said. No injuries were reported.

Gary J. Holland, 39, of 203 Lovejoy Road, was ticketed at 11:17 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Ford and Caroline Street for unsafe backing up following a two-car motor vehicle accident, city police said. No injuries were reported.
