WEST CARTHAGE — The South Main Street boat launch project is about to enter the construction phase.

The project committee is looking for volunteers to sit on an ad hoc committee that will seek community involvement to finalize the project.

Plans include a concrete boat launch with a removable aluminum dock along with a road, paths and a gazebo.

Anyone wishing to serve on the committee should contact project committee member Ronald J. Blinebry at 493-6426.
