Stephen P. Sovie, 59, of 1502 Ford St., was ticketed for failure to stop at a stop sign on Albany Avenue at 8:11 a.m. Wednesday, city police said.

David S. Gemmill, 50, of 232 Washington St., was arrested on a city court bench warrant at 2:10 p.m. Wednesday at his home for failure to pay a fine. He was arraigned by Judge William R. Small and released on his own recognizance, city police said.

Jessica J. Kerr, 32, of 4671 Route 68, was arrested on city court bench warrant for failure to pay a fine at 2:10 p.m. Wednesday. She was arraigned in city court and released on her own recognizance, city police said.

Matthew Bowman, 30, of 524 Bigelow St., was arrested on a city court bench warrant at 7:18 a.m. Monday for failure to appear in court after he was ticketed for an uninsured or unregistered snowmobile. He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance, city police said.
