Lucas C. Conklin, 21, of 137 Duffy St., was released Thursday from the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and awaits grand jury action on charges of felony criminal contempt and aggravated harassment.

He was jailed Monday following his arrest by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department.

Deputies allege that he violated a City Court order of protection on the afternoon of Feb. 18 by telephoning Jessica R. Majo, Dexter, and threatening to shoot her. “That way it will get you to shut up,” he allegedly told her.
