A town of Ellisburg man was sentenced to three years probation Tuesday in Jefferson County Court for damaging a womans property in October.
Dustin D. Youmans, 19, whose last known address was 13674 County Route 193, was sentenced for a Jan. 2 guilty plea to fourth-degree criminal mischief. He admitted that on Oct. 8, he damaged a window and a screen on a garage owned by Debra Tierney on County Route 91 in the town of Ellisburg. He also was ordered to pay $275 in restitution.

Antonio Bolar, 33, an inmate at Cayuga Correctional Facility, pleaded guilty by mail to second-degree promoting prison contraband in connection with an incident that occurred while he was incarcerated at Cape Vincent Correctional Facility. Further information was not available. He subsequently was sentenced to an unspecified amount of time served. He is serving a six-year state prison sentence imposed in 2007 in New York City for a third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance conviction, according to the state Department of Corrections and Community Supervision website.
Anthony G. Sparks, 25, of 715 Starbuck Ave., was arraigned as a fugitive from justice wanted in Ingham County, Mich., for failure to pay nearly $14,000 in child support. He agreed to waive his extradition rights and be returned to Michigan to face matters there.
