GRAND LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Lawrence B. Brooks, 31, of 116 Woodlawn Ave., Massena, with fourth-degree grand larceny - credit card and petit larceny earlt Wednesday. He reportedly took his girlfriend’s debit card without her permission, went to an ATM and withdrew $300. Police received the complaint from Heather Kellogg at 2:45 a.m., and Brooks was arrested at 5:12 a.m., police said.

WARRANT - MASSENA - Terry L. McGregor Jr., 24, of 41 Beach St., Massena, turned himself in on a parole violation warrant at 7:45 p.m. Monday at the village police station. He was transported to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility. He had been sentenced to 1 1/3 to 4 years in state prison for convictions for fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was released from prison on Sept. 25. The DOCCS website says the maximum expiration of McGregor’s sentence is Sept. 4, 2013.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged Janelle E. Mossow, 25, of 110 Smith Road, Brasher Falls, with disorderly conduct at 2:15 a.m. Wednesday at the Hotel Nadeau on Andrews Street. Police said they responded to a complaint of an urruly patron who has refusing to comply with an employee’s order that she leave the premises. Police said when they arrived Mossow repeatedly approached a police officer in an aggressive manner and failed to comply with orders to alter her behavior.

NO HEADLIGHTS - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Caisey J. Lamotte, 18, of Massena for operation of a vehicle without headlights at 10:23 p.m. Tuesday following a traffic stop on Liberty Avenue.

HAZARD MARKINGS - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Leslie A. Moore, 27, of 16 Haskell St., Massena, for driving across hazardous markings at 12:29 a.m. Tuesday following a traffic stop on Main Street.

RED SIGNAL VIOLATION - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Dean T. Martin, 38, of Moira for illegally passing a red light at 2:28 p.m. Monday following a property damage accident on Maple at Main Street.
