LOWVILLE Jordan A. Lamb, 21, of 7753 Dewitt St., was charged by village police at 3:10 p.m. Friday with second-degree harassment.
It is alleged that he pushed his 23-year-old sister, whom police did not identify, causing her to land on the back floorboard of a vehicle. Police said the incident occurred during a domestic altercation that began when Mr. Lamb was not given a can of soda.
He was arraigned in Village Court and sent to Lewis County jail on $100 bail.
