MASSENA - Everett J. Dibble, 38, of 1068 Washington St., Apt. #8, was charged with petit larceny by state police at 6:03 p.m. Friday.

Mr. Dibble allegedly stole a coat, a watch, a shirt and a pair of sneakers from four different stores in the St. Lawrence Centre Mall.

He had been arrested by village police on Thursday for his alleged involvement in a domestic dispute and released.

He is scheduled to appear in Massena Village Court.
