Green, 35, of Parishville with petit larceny following an investigation into a complaint received at 6:45 p.m. Saturday from the town of Parishville. The arrest was made at 7:55 p.m. Saturday at 81B Pumpkin Hill Road, Parishville.

AGGRAVATED DWI - WADDINGTON - Massena-based state police charged Michael C. Bennett, 31, of Plattsburgh with aggravated driving while intoxicated, refusal to take a breath test and having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle on a public highway following a traffic stop at 11:30 a.m. Saturday on state Route 345 in the town of Waddington.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - BRIGHTON - Ray Brook-based state police charged Benjamin L. Firlit, 18, of Potsdam and Steven C. Caiazza, 18, of Gansevoort with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident at 3:55 p.m. on state Route 86 at the White Pine Camp Road.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - CANTON - Canton-based state police investigated a one-vehicle accident at 12:04 p.m. Saturday on the Miner Street Road, near the Eddy-Pyrites Road, in the town of Canton. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Chelsea L. Streeter, 18, of Hermon.
