Massena (14-6-1) won its second straight Section 10 Division I championship in dramatic fashion Sunday afternoon at Cheel Arena.
The Red Raiders, who had beaten Potsdam twice during the regular season, were trailing the Sandstoners 2-1 when Grayson Phillips-Cole scored a goal with just 23.5 seconds remaining to tie the score.

A 7 minute, 30 second overtime period began immediately, without the ice being Zambonied, and Massena took the win just 53 seconds in off a goal from Patrick Manning.

Massena played Potsdam (15-7) on consecutive dates during the regular season and won 3-0 and 2-1.
The Red Raiders struck first in Sunday's game when Dylan Stone scored a power-play goal at 4 :11 of the first period.

Potsdam tied the game 43 seconds into the second period on a breakaway goal from Robbie Scott off a pass from Trevor Keleher. Scott scored what Potsdam thought might be the game-winning goal on a power-play at 8:20 of the third period.

Massena will host Section 9's Monroe-Woodbury in a state quarterfinal game at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Massena Arena.
