■ NORWOOD — The Norwood business owner issued a summons for breaking village vehicle weight limits is scheduled to appear in Potsdam Town Court on Feb. 28. G. Michael Knowlton plans to argue the 8-ton weight limit is unfair and conflicts with state laws.
