A Watertown man is summoned to Pamelia Town Court because, while driving in the Seaway Plaza parking lot, he struck his female passenger in the face with the back of his hand, according to the Jefferson County Sheriffs Department.
John R. Hill, 30, of 1708 Ohio St., Apt. 113, is charged in the Saturday night incident with endangering the welfare of a child, reckless driving, harassment and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
Deputies alleged that about 8:30 p.m. Saturday, he struck his girlfriend, Katie L. Dixon, 23, while they were arguing, and while a 3-year-old girl was riding with them in the car.
