Jason L. Fisher, 38, Heuvelton, was charged Thursday by St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies. Mr. Fisher is accused of losing control of his car Feb. 2 on County Route 15, Heuvelton, and crashing through a fence. There were no injuries. His BAC was listed at 0.12 percent.

Ernest G. Turnbull, 42, of 428 Pink School Road, Canton, was charged with aggravated DWI and leaving the scene of an accident following a crash late Wednesday or early Thursday off Route 58 in the town of Fowler. St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies said Mr. Turnbull struck the wall of a commercial building and drove to a private home, where a resident called to complain of an intoxicated person knocking on the door. He was arrested at 12:58 a.m. Thursday. His BAC was listed as 0.20 percent.
