Ogdensburg police charged Danyette M. Brown-Kimble, 34, of 306 Hamilton St., at 8:25 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Commerce Street and the Downtown Arterial for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. She was also ticketed for failing to stop at a stop sign. She was released on appearance tickets.

City police arrested Richard D. Goolden Jr., 30, of 11 Mill St., at 9:32 a.m. on Wednesday at the police station on a city court bench warrant for third-degree criminal tampering. He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance. No further details were available.
