EVANS MILLS — A 16-year-old girl is summoned to LeRay Town Court as a result of a party she hosted in her home early in December during which fellow teenagers were allowed to consume alcoholic beverages, according to state police.

Kelsey L. Delles, 28494 Steinhelmer Road, was charged Wednesday with unlawfully dealing with a child. Troopers began an investigation into the party on Dec. 3.
