ANTWERP — An Evans Mills man was arrested by state police Tuesday on allegations that he stole jewelry worth about $1,000 from a woman’s home here sometime prior to Christmas.

Zebediah C. Harris, 19, of 31285 County Route 30, is charged with second-degree burglary.

Police said he awaits grand jury action in connection with a theft at the home of Breanna Morgia, 22 Depot St.
