Aaron J. Fox, 20, of 287 E. Main St., is summoned to Watertown City Court after being charged Monday by Watertown police with petit larceny.

He is accused of shoplifting a $60.99 bottle of liquor Saturday afternoon at Arsenal Wine and Liquor, 940 Arsenal St., according to police.
