MADRID - Massena-based state police charged Francis T. Green, 35, of Parishville with second-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree criminal trespass, trespassing, petit larceny and unlawful possession of a radio device following an investigation into a trespassing complaint reported at 11:35 p.m. Sunday from the town of Madrid. Troopers said Green was taken into custody at 2 a.m. Monday on Lower Pine Street in Potsdam.
