HENDERSON — Benjamin D. Bolton, 20, of 11741 Rays Bay Road, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies with petit larceny after it was discovered he allegedly was undercharging customers intentionally at the Subway on Route 3.

Deputies said Mr. Bolton purposely undercharged customers a total of $83.31 during five recent transactions at the Subway shop in the Nice N Easy convenience store. He was given an appearance ticket for Hounsfield Town Court.
