CARTHAGE — The Carthage Central School District accepted a check Thursday for $4,760 from Caskinette’s Lofink-Ford Motor Co. on behalf of the CCS All Sports Booster Club.

The donation was the result of last June’s Drive One 4 UR School event. For every person who test drove a new vehicle at Carthage Middle School, Ford Motor Co. donated $20 and Caskinette’s $10 to the Booster Club.

The event raised more than $10,000 for the Booster Club for its first year in 2011.
