Janice R. Flinn, 47, of Prescott, Ontario, was issued summonses Thursday at 8:15 p.m. on Proctor Avenue for speeding and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, Ogdensburg police said.

Police arrested Robert D. Leeson, 31, of 443 Belmont Courts, at 1:57 p.m. Friday at his home on a city court bench warrant for second-degree criminal trespass. He was arraigned in city court and released under his own recognizance. Police said he was accused of breaking the front door of a neighbor’s home.

Police arrested Samantha H. Larue, 21, of 26A Tamarack St., Massena, at 4:07 p.m. on Friday at the police station on a city court bench warrant for failing to appear at her court date. She was released with an appearance ticket.
