Divya Fears, 30, of 311 State St., Apt. 104, was charged by Watertown police about 3:40 p.m. Wednesday with second-degree harassment.

It is alleged that she struck George M. Fears Jr., same address, in the face during a domestic incident at 2:40 p.m.

She is due to answer the charge in City Court.
