POTSDAM — Offices will open today at the new permanent town hall at 18 Elm St.

Town Court also will begin moving today from 12 Elm St. to the renovated location at 35 Market St. It will open in its new location Friday.

Payments may be deposited in the drop box at the new town hall or mailed to P.O. Box 389, Potsdam, N.Y. 13676.
