PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Kelly A. Blanchard, 27, of Canton with petit larceny following an alleged shoplifting incident reported at 2:50 p.m. Saturday from the Potsdam Wal-Mart.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - PARISHVILLE - Canton-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 1:41 a.m. Sunday on Ratman Road, near County Route 47, in the town of Parishville. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by James Clayton Wing, 65, of Potsdam.



ENDANGERING WELFARE - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Andy E. Maslin, 22, of Norfolk with endangering the welfare of a child Saturday afternoon at 46 County Route 44 in the town of Norfolk. Troopers said the charge stemmed from an investigation into an incident reported at on Sept. 18.



CRIMINAL CONTEMPT - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Craig A. LaPage, 53, of Brushton with second-degree criminal contempt Saturday evening following an investigation into a complaint received at 2:47 p.m. Jan. 21 from the town of Moira.



DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Thomas M. Reed, 34, of Malone with disorderly conduct at 12:10 a.m. Saturday at 1254 Washington St., Moira, stemming from an investigation into an complaint made to troopers at 11:15 p.m. Friday. He was arraigned in local court and sent to the Franklin County Jail.



DWI - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Casey T. Terrance, 32, of Hogansburg with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving at 1:40 a.m. Sunday following an incident at Center Street and Water Street in the town of Fort Covington.
