Robert O. Mono, 26, County Route 16, Evans Mills, was arrested by Watertown police at 2:30 Friday morning on a Lewis County Family Court warrant and on a charge of criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument.

Police said he was being served the Lewis County warrant at a garage apartment at 169 Park Ave. when officers saw a hypodermic needle in the apartment.

Mr. Mono also has a trespass charged lodged Jan. 12 pending in town of Watson Court.
