Watertown police say a man spat twice in his landlord’s face while they argued about unpaid rent.

Joseph J. Wilson Jr., 42, of 625 Lansing St., was arrested Thursday afternoon on a warrant charging him with harassment.

He faces prosecution in City Court in connection with an incident on the afternoon of Jan. 11 at his apartment involving landlord Ward J. Parbus, Lacona, police said.
