Paul B. Flaherty, 45, of 410 Franklin St., was arrested early Monday by Watertown police in the 400 block of Gotham Street on a charge of falsely reporting an incident.

Police allege that early on Jan. 11 he falsely reported a burglary. No other details were available Monday. He awaits prosecution in City Court.
