PORT LEYDEN — Richard H. Baslow, 30, of 3058 River Road, was charged Sunday by state police with harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.

Police said he was involved in a domestic fight with Tonya Kohl at her Port Leyden residence Saturday afternoon in the presence of a 4-year-old and a 14-year-old.
