HARRISVILLE State police on Wednesday accused a 13-year-old Harrisville boy of having unwanted sexual contact with a girl at school.
The boy, whose name was not released because of his age, was charged with second-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child, answerable in Lewis County Family Court, Lowville.
He was accused of having sexual contact with an 11-year-old girl by putting his hands down her pants while at Harrisville Central School. A complaint in the matter was filed with police Jan. 11.
