Mackenzie L. Rhubart, 22, of 6627-B Arthur Road, Lowville, was charged by state police Thursday with petit larceny, and is summoned to Watertown Town Court.

Police said she is accused of shoplifting clothing priced at a total of $112 at J.C. Penney, Salmon Run Mall.
