Tyler D. Collins, 19, of 121 Maywood Terrace, was charged by state police Tuesday at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with third-degree criminal trespass.

Police said he is accused of going into Salmon Run Mall on Dec. 28, a day after he had been ordered to stay away.

He has been jailed since Jan. 8 for violating probation. Mr. Collins was sentenced in Lewis County Court in July to five years probation for third-degree burglary and two counts of attempted third-degree burglary. He has two counts of petit larceny pending from an arrest in December.
