Stephen J. Gilligan, 32, of 62225 Plaza Drive, town of Pamelia, was charged Monday night by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department with fourth-degree criminal mischief, and is ordered to appear in Pamelia Town Court.

He is accused of damaging a home music system box belonging to Kerrie Lee on Monday night at 22068 Route 11, according to the sheriff’s office.
