GRAND LARCENY - OSWEGATCHIE - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Philip J. Jessmer, 42, of Waddington with third-degree grand larceny and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument Tuesday following an investigation into a forgery complaint reported at 8:12 a.m. Dec. 3 from the town of Oswegatchie.

DWI - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police charged Daniel P. LaPage, 31, of Norfolk with driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for failure to keep right following an incident at 12:35 a.m. Wednesday on County Route 36 in the town of Lousiville. A passenger in his vehicle, Jennifer M. Hutchins, 28, of Massena was charged with false personation and having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle on a public highway and ticketed for a seat belt violation as a result of that same incident.

DWAI DRUGS - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Gregory W. Wood, 22, of Fort Covington with driving while ability impaired by drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana and ticketed him for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 10:40 p.m. Tuesday on Water Street in the town of Fort Covington.
