An Antwerp man is facing four charges, including a public health law count of possession of synthetic cannabinoids, following an investigation into an accident Monday night on Route 11 in the town of LeRay, according to the Jefferson County Sheriffs Department.
Derik A. Ori, 26, of 4 Depot St., is also cited with reckless driving, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to keep right.
Deputies said his southbound vehicle went off the highway at about 9:40 p.m. Monday and struck a utility pole. Found in his vehicle was a bag of Zencense Posh or spice, according to the sheriffs office.
