UNREGISTERED MOTOR VEHICLE - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Donald W. Oney, Jr., 45, of Potsdam for operation of an unregistered motor vehicle at 1:45p.m. Tuesday. The ticket stemmed from an investigation into a reported road rage incident that occurred on Monday.

0830Patrol responded to a local business to assist with an employee problem.

1117Received a report of a subject being harassed by another individual.

1147Assisted a disabled motorist on Maple Street.

1345 Traffic stop. Ticket issued.

1415Assisted an individual in getting a handicap parking permit.

1545Alarm reported to be going off in the downtown area. Alarm found to be a fire alarm, and Potsdam Fire notified and dispatched.

1655Caller called and states she is stuck in the car wash. She was provided instructions via the phone on how to get the door open and the station owner was notified of the problem.
