POTSDAM - Kellie N. Wehr, 19, of 1521 Route 25, Canton and Arijanna M. Powers, 20, of 103 State St., Rensselaer Falls, were charged with petit larceny by Canton-based state police at 9:45 p.m. Saturday.

The pair allegedly attempted to shoplift women’s underwear and makeup from the Walmart in Potsdam.

Both are scheduled to appear in Potsdam Town Court.
