A Watertown man is facing a felony charge of first-degree criminal contempt after city police say he dumped a container of marbles on his girlfriends head.
Terry L. Gebo, 52, of 911 Salina St., also is charged with harassment in connection with the domestic fight, which is said to have occurred about 10 p.m. Monday in his apartment. The victim is listed as Mary M. Charland, 45, same address.
His alleged actions violated an order of protection issued in City Court following his arrest Dec. 5 on charges of felony weapon possession, misdemeanor criminal mischief, resisting arrest and unlawful possession of marijuana. Prosecution on those charges, also stemming from a domestic fight with Ms. Charland, is still pending.
