LOWVILLE Village police on Monday charged a Carthage woman with disorderly conduct for the second straight day after responding to the report of an out-of-control person at 5419 Stewart St.
Jacklyn D. Plantz, 25, of 34586 Jackson II Road, is to answer the charge in Village Court.
She was accused of refusing to stop yelling when so ordered by police while standing on the sidewalk.
Police said Ms. Plantz admitted to smoking Legal Phunk, also known as synthetic marijuana, as well as other drugs, and was taken to Lewis County General Hospital for treatment.
Lewis County sheriffs deputies and Lewis County Search and Rescue personnel assisted at the scene.
Ms. Plantz was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment after allegedly slapping another woman in the face on North State Street.
