POTSDAM Four Brasher Falls men were arrested by village police at 3:09 a.m. Saturday and charged with disorderly conduct and unauthorized use of a license.
Police responded to a complaint from an unidentified Main Street resident reporting that a group was throwing snowballs at the residents house.
Brady J. Helmer, 20, Kevin D. Logan, 20, Cody R. Kilcoyne, 20, and Charles E. Dullea, 20, were arrested at the scene. Mr. Helmer was found in possession of an orange traffic flag that had been taken from the top of a stop sign, police said.
All four were taken to the Potsdam Police Department, where it was discovered that each of them possessed a drivers license belonging to someone else, showing them to be over 21.
They are scheduled to appear in Potsdam Village Court.
