WAVERLY – Kevin D. Talcott, 40, of 10 Washington St., Potsdam, and his son, Drew R., 9, were injured in a single-car crash at 12:39 p.m. Saturday.
Mr. Talcott lost control of his car while driving on Route 458, and the car hit a guardrail and went into embankment, according to state police.
Both complained that they were injured when the airbags deployed, but neither had to be taken to the hospital, police said.
Woman taken to hospital after collision in Potsdam
POTSDAM Carlene M. McCargar, 55, of 798 Old Market Road, was injured in a two-car crash at 1 p.m. Friday on Route 11.
Ms. McCargar lost control of her car, sliding into the opposite lane and colliding with a car driven by Timothy J. Orologio, 58, of 2518 River Road, Norwood, according to state police.
Mr. Orologio was not injured. Ms. McCargar was taken to Canton-Potsdam Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
