David C. Barber, 48, of 422 State St., reported a two car motor vehicle accident outside his residence at 10:35 a.m. Thursday. An unknown plow company vehicle hit a 2011 Chevy four-door sedan belonging to Christopher J. Fisina, 20, of 318 Knox St.. No tickets have been issued, Ogdensburg police said.
