GENEROUS GIFT - The Potsdam Holiday Fund, Inc. recently received a $5,000 donation from the Brookfield U.S. Foundation, whose mission is “helping our neighbors in need.” The foundation’s grant will provide warm winter clothing for 100 local children in need this holiday season. Presenting the donation to Potsdam Holiday Fund President Pam Yurgartis (left) were Robert Shantie, Operations Manager for Brookfield Renewable Power’s New York East Operations; and Katherine Casey, Operations Administrator for the company’s New York East Regional Operations Center.
