CLAYTON Tyler J. Fisk, 23, of 324 Merrick St., was treated at Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown, after he was injured about 2:30 a.m. in an accident on Bald Rock Road in the town of Clayton, where the sedan he was driving went into a creek, according to the Jefferson County Sheriffs Department.
Deputies said he had multiple complaints of pain.
Mr. Fisk was driving northeast when the car, owned by Amanda M. Taylor, Clayton, crossed the road, passed through bushes and entered the creek, deputies said. He was able to get out of the car and walked to a house seeking help, deputies said.
He was charged with driving at a speed not reasonable or prudent, failure to keep right and not having an affixed registration.
