Erin McCormick, of 907 State St., called Ogdensburg police Monday at 1:03 p.m. to report that the rear license plate of her vehicle was stolen.

Dawn M. Redmond, 44, of 807 Knox St., was ticketed Sunday at 8:37 p.m. for the municipal code violation of harboring a non-domestic animal. City police said she had a raccoon and a 15-inch-long python in her home. The animals were removed by the state Department of Environmental Conservation.
