PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MASSENA - Malone-based state police investigated a one-vehicle accident at 6:03 p.m. Wednesday on state Route 37, near Fireman’s Memorial Drive, in the town of Westville. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Bernard L. Shorette, 57, of Helena.
