Ogdensburg police were notified Monday at 2:19 p.m. that a cellular telephone valued at more than $200 was stolen from AT&T Premier Tech, 3011 Ford Street Extension.

Mark A. Reese, 40, of 901 Ford Ave., was arrested Sunday at 7:06 p.m. 6:55 p.m. on a St. Lawrence County Court bench warrant for fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, city police said.

Brian D. Perry, 51, of 414 Rensselaer Ave., was arrested Sunday at 6:55 p.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to pay a fine, Ogdensburg police said.

Ryan J. Joanette, 26, of 2322 Montgomery St., was ticketed Friday at 9:11 p.m. at State Street and Riverside Avenue for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to stop at a stop sign, Ogdensburg police reported.

Nicholas A. Lawton, 18, of 131 Paterson St., was issued summonses Friday at 7:40 p.m. for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to stop at a stop sign, city police said.

Eli W. Corbine, 27, of 1111 Congress St., was ticketed Friday at 3:45 p.m. on Jay Street for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to yield the right of way, Ogdensburg police reported.

Christine A. Trueheart, 60, of 313 Barre St., was arrested Friday at 3:14 p.m. for disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment.

City police said she struck a woman.
