Ogdensburg police charged Jessica L. Martin, 23, of 920 Washington St., Wednesday at 3:44 p.m. at Price Chopper on Ford Street Extension for petit larceny. She was released on an appearance ticket.

City police charged Amanda H. Clark, 33, of 511 Elizabeth St., Thursday at 12:58 p.m. after she crashed into the home of John B. Miller Jr., 522 Elizabeth St. Police said no major damage or injuries were reported. Ms. Clark was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving at an unreasonable speed, driving while intoxicated, refusing to take a Breathalyzer test and the unauthorized use of a vehicle. She was released on appearance tickets.

Police arrested Conrad A. Larock, 29, of 5278 Route 68, Apt. 3, Thursday at 1:23 p.m. at the police station on a city court bench warrant for failing to appear and pay a fine. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Police arrested Izana Kiros, 27, of 1314 Southwood Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, Thursday at 4:48 p.m. at Bridge Plaza for the aggravated unlicensed operation. He was released after posting $250 bail.
