Two Watertown teenagers were arrested early Wednesday at a house party on Pleasant Street.
City police charged Travon T. Felton, 17, of 137 N. Orchard St., Apt. A, with fifth-degree criminal sale of marijuana, unlawful possession of marijuana, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child at 1:37 a.m. Wednesday at 217 S. Pleasant St.
Cedric M. Felton, 19, of 217 S. Pleasant St., was charged with unlawfully dealing with a child at his residence.
Travon Felton is accused of providing a 14-year-old girl with marijuana, and Cedric Felton of allowing the girl to smoke it at his residence.
Travon Felton also is accused of possessing a small plastic bag containing cocaine, according to court documents.
Both were held Wednesday at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $500 bail, pending arraignment in Watertown City Court.
