Delia S. McGilvary, 29, of 1429 Gill St., Apt. 424-A, was arrested by Watertown police Sunday afternoon at her residence on a charge of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon during the investigation of a domestic fight.

Police said she possessed a 9 mm pistol without a permit. She faces prosecution in City Court.
